The Backstage Project exists for the people who carry the weight.
Leaders. Creatives. Pastors. Helpers. Performers.
The ones who stay strong in public and unravel in private.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Becoming a Participant means you’re stepping into a space designed for rest, repair, and reorientation...not performance.
This is not therapy (unless otherwise specified).
This is not crisis triage.
And it’s definitely not a “just pray harder” situation.
It’s a place to:
Breathe without explaining yourself
Tell the truth without being fixed
Rebuild without being rushed
We meet people in the messy middle...
Burnout, grief, identity loss, faith fractures, and the quiet exhaustion no one sees.
Participants may engage in:
Individual support and guided conversations
Small groups and retreats
Education, resourcing, and referral support
Safe spaces for reflection, processing, and restoration
Everything we do is trauma-informed, confidential, and human-centered.
No pressure. No fixing. No spiritual bypassing.
If you’re interested in becoming a Participant,
start by reaching out. We’ll walk you through:
What we offer
What we don’t
What makes sense for where you are right now
All at no cost to you.
If we’re a fit, we’ll move forward together.
If we’re not, we’ll help you find the right next step.
You’ve spent a long time holding it together.
This is where you don’t have to.
